My Story
I have been an open and curious mind about anything ever since i remember. Having spent most of my professional life journey researching and practicing around my favorite topics like values, personal development and conflict resolution i always had the longing from deep inside to experience all the worlds in and around human consciousness possible. When having been part of spiritual communities - always diving into these worlds but never “subscribing” for any particular path as “the solution”. I´ve learned a lot from great as well as irritated minds.
3 things I would tell my younger self today:
-
You are all of your emotions - live them, don´t worry and doubt yourself.
-
You can be strong and sensible at the same time. No need to choose.
-
Speak your heart even when it means the message might be hurtful to someone else. You can handle conflict even better than you think. Conflict will help you and others to heal and transform.
What Spirituality Means for Me
Spirituality, for me is how one leads ones life. For me it is important to understand the discovery of one's own spirituality as an accompanying resource on the path to healing and not to identify it as the solution itself. It is a ressource and is meant to develop inner strength rather than increase illness. Important for me is that the path of spirituality contains integrating your individual spiritual needs into your life. It is inevitable to look at the connection between body, mind, and soul that promotes lasting wellbeing and inner balance.
Spirituality in general has so many components and roots. Too many to mention them all. For me for sure not only sitting down, meditating and praying to the higher self. Sports, arts, education….can be highly spiritual and liberating. After my second life began (as soon when i started my Psychology studies in my 30´s) i started exploring myself in many ways and levels and also extremes that led me to what i have learned so far until today. Not and never stopping to continue the learning journey but mostly sovereign and stable from the deep inside of myself after all the journeys i have taken so far.

My Story
I spent several years working in spiritual environments. Call it my "second awakening" began when life circumstances pushed me to recognize spiritual bypassing and to see what existed beneath the surface — within myself and within the communities I was part of. This period had a lasting impact on me and helped me clarify what truly matters to me today:
I am passionate in bridging modern, science-oriented perspectives with spiritual practice through education, awareness, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
3 things I would tell my younger self today:
-
Asking questions doesn’t make you less. When questions are discouraged, it often says more about a lack within the system than about the person asking them.
-
Standing up for your authenticity matters. Even when it feels uncomfortable, pointing out harm and misalignment is often the right way to stay true to yourself.
-
Pain is never justified — and helping people should never require self-sacrifice.
What Spirituality Means for Me
When people ask me whether I’m spiritual, I often find myself searching for the right answer. For me, spirituality is less a concept or a belief in a theory or conviction, and more a space in which hope, trust, meaning, perspective and connection can grow — a space where empowerment is cultivated, allowing people to grow and, through that process, heal themselves.
To me, spirituality means looking beyond what we already know — in the world and in every person we meet. The more I learn, the more I realize that not everything can be fully explained yet. And instead of turning away from that, I believe it’s valuable to stay curious and to look deeper at what is already there.
Spirituality, for me, is the space between the things we do not know—the inevitable connection within those moments that unfold alongside our lives, profound and unexplainable, yet undeniably real.
