A NON-PROFIT INITIATIVE
Many people come to spirituality seeking healing.
Sometimes, though, it quietly becomes a very elegant way of avoiding difficult feelings.
Have you chosen a spiritual path because you wanted to grow, heal, and live with more depth?
What a brave and beautiful choice. And yet, even with all the time and effort we put into it, it is not always easy to stay on track.
WHAT IS SPIRITUAL BYPASSING?
Spiritual bypassing is using spiritual beliefs to avoid painful feelings, unresolved wounds, and developmental needs. Let's find a more grounded path.
THIS SITE HELPS YOU TO

"We cannot avoid the human experience through spiritual practice. The only way out is through."

Have you experienced challenges after spiritual practices, group experiences, retreats or „awakening“ processes? Welcome to our space. You’re not alone.
We are creating a cost-free support group for individuals who feel overwhelmed, confused, or in search for clarity after their spiritual journey and are seeking a grounded, honest space to share and be supported.
This group will offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where all experiences are welcome—acknowledging both the beauty of depth and the difficulties that can arise through inner work.
We are currently gathering interest. If you’d like to be informed when the group launches, please send us an email to pre-register for the support group.
Why We Built this Website
Having worked in fields accompanying people as well as spirituality for years, we noticed a worrying trend: as interest in spiritual practices grows, the quality of guidance often diminishes. Programs promising that anyone can "become a healer in a day" are becoming increasingly common — creating fertile ground for spiritual bypassing.
Very often, people reach out to us struggling psychologically and physically after spiritual experiences or trainings. The environment can become dangerous ground for abuse of power, including sexual and financial exploitation. Even well-meaning individuals, without sufficient awareness, can cause more harm than good.
◎ This website is peer-reviewed by psychologists, spiritual teachers, medical doctors, reseachers and people with embodied and lived experience.
